Investor alert: Murray & Vincent Law Group

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms.

Murray & Vincent Law Group has not received authorisation from Finansinspektionen and therefore is not entitled to provide financial services in Sweden. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.

Reportedly, representatives from Murray & Vincent Law Group contact Swedish investors and offer them compensation for old investments in shares. Investors are asked to pay a fee in advance to receive the compensation. This appears to be an advance fee fraud scheme.
