Summary
The regulations entail that financial entities referred to in EU Regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (the DORA Regulation) and are under FI's supervision shall report to FI serious ICT-related incidents and significant cyber threats in the manner set out on FI's website. They also lay forth requirements on how and when the financial entities shall give FI access to their complete registers of information on contractual arrangements according to Article 28(3), fourth paragraph, of the DORA Regulation.
