Summary
These regulations apply to securities companies subject to Article 4(1)(2)(c) of the Capital Requirements Regulation. These companies shall report data to FI every quarter regarding own fund requirements.
The companies in question were obligated to report data on own funds requirements up until 1 January 2018. This obligation was terminated at the end of the year as a result of a legislative amendment. However, the companies shall still follow certain own funds requirements. The objective of these regulations is to reintroduce the reporting obligation so FI can ensure that the requirements are being followed.
The regulations enter into force on 3 July 2018.
