Finansinspektionen's regulations (FFFS 2018:9) regarding the reporting of data on own funds requirements for certain securities companies are being repealed since there are corresponding regulations in the Investment Firms Regulation (2019/2033/EU) and the Capital Requirements Regulation (575/2013/EU).
The regulations are repealed as of 7 July 2021.
