Summary

A new section has been inserted into these general guidelines stating that auditors of life insurance companies, in particular, should investigate transactions occurring between the life insurance company and other companies within the same group.

Amendments

The amendments entail that the general guidelines no longer apply to mutual benefit societies. In addition, the general guidelines have been updated to correct references to various legislation.
