Jameson West Associates has no authorisation by Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). The company has a web-site, jamesonwest.com, where it claims to have its head office in Scotland. The website operated by Jameson West Associates is registered in San Diego, U.S.A.
Jameson West Associates has no authorization in Great Britain and is not supervised by the FSA.

Finansinspektionen has recently received information that Jameson West Associates has approached investors in Sweden by telephone. Jameson West Associates offers the investors to buy shares in a German company, Bayer AG.
